The Drug List is your main directory of every drug in your pharmacy's inventory. It gives you a real-time snapshot of stock levels, value, and expiry status, with the flexibility to view your inventory either grouped by drug or broken down batch-by-batch.

Summary cards

At the top of the page, three summary cards give you an at-a-glance overview of your entire inventory:

CardWhat it shows
Total DrugsTotal number of unique drugs in your inventory
Total ValueTotal MRP value of your current stock, along with its cost value
Expired / Out of StockNumber of drugs that have crossed their expiry date, and number of drugs with zero stock remaining

  • Separated View: lists every batch as its own row, with rack number and full row-level actions available
