The Prescriptions page keeps a complete record of every prescription issued by your clinic's doctors. Each prescription is linked to the doctor who wrote it, making it easy to track clinical activity and review patient care history.

What you can do

View all prescriptions: See every prescription issued, with patient details, doctor name, date, and medicines prescribed
Search prescriptions: Find prescriptions by patient name, doctor name, or date
Filter by doctor: Narrow down prescriptions to see only those written by a specific doctor
View prescription details: Click any prescription to see the full list of medicines, dosage instructions, and notes

The prescriptions table

Column	Description
Date	When the prescription was issued
Patient	Name of the patient
Doctor	Doctor who wrote the prescription
Medicines	Number of medicines prescribed
Actions	View full prescription details

Viewing a prescription

Click on any prescription row to open the full details, showing:

Section	What it shows
Patient Information	Name, age, phone, and address
Doctor Details	Name, registration number, and qualification
Prescribed Medicines	Medicine name, dosage, frequency, and duration
Instructions	Special notes or advice from the doctor
Date & Time	When the prescription was created
