What is the difference between Save Draft and Add on a sale?
Understand why saving a sale as a draft does not add it as a completed sale.
Save Draft does not add the sale. It only saves the sale so you can come back and complete it later.
A sale is added only when you complete the sale and select + Add. Until then, the sale remains under Sales → Drafts and is not treated as a completed sale.
Use Save Draft when you need to pause the billing process, review the details later, or complete the sale at another time. When you are ready to finalise it, open the draft and select + Add.
