What do I do if I cannot log in?
Troubleshoot common login issues and regain access to your MediFlux account.

If you cannot log in to MediFlux, first check that the Email and Password you entered are correct. Make sure there are no extra spaces in the password, as even a small difference can prevent you from logging in.
If you are still unable to log in with your password, try logging in using OTP instead.
If you still cannot access your account, contact the MediFlux Support Team for assistance.
